Updated for the TOEFL iBT format introduced January 21, 2026
The TOEFL Changed. Has Your Preparation Changed?
Prepare for the test that exists today. Go Speak Native Now offers personalized online TOEFL iBT preparation for Arabic-speaking adults and older teens, with current task practice, clear guidance, and individual feedback from an experienced American native-English trainer.

Why current TOEFL preparation matters
Older TOEFL books, videos, and practice activities can still help you improve your general English. However, they may not fully prepare you for the task types, timing, adaptive structure, and scoring used on the TOEFL iBT after January 21, 2026.
Preparing with outdated materials can mean spending valuable study time practising tasks that have changed or are no longer part of the test. Current preparation helps you understand what you will actually see, hear, write, and say on test day.
The TOEFL iBT still measures Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking, but the way these skills are tested has changed substantially. Preparation should strengthen your English while also helping you become familiar with the current test.
What changed in 2026?
- New task types: The updated test includes practical daily-life and academic tasks across all four skills.
- Adaptive Reading and Listening: These sections use a multistage adaptive design. Your performance in the first module influences the difficulty of the second module.
- Updated scoring: Section scores and the overall score are reported on a 1 to 6 scale in half-point increments.
- Transitional score comparison: During the two-year transition beginning in January 2026, test takers also receive a comparable overall score on the familiar 0 to 120 scale.
- Shorter testing experience: The current test takes approximately two hours, although the exact number of items and time may vary because of the adaptive sections.

Who is this preparation for?
This service is designed for motivated adults and older teens who need TOEFL for university admission, scholarships, professional or employment requirements, or another institution that accepts TOEFL scores.
It is especially suited to Arabic-speaking learners in Kuwait, the GCC, and Egypt who want clear explanations, structured practice, and individual attention. Lessons are delivered online, so students can prepare from home while receiving live guidance and feedback.
TOEFL preparation works best when a learner already has enough English to engage with the test. If your current level is not yet ready for focused exam preparation, we will explain honestly whether a period of General or Academic English development would be more helpful first.
How personalized preparation works
1. Begin with your goal
We begin by identifying why you need TOEFL, your required score, your test date, any previous results, and the amount of time you can realistically dedicate to lessons and independent study.
2. Identify your starting point
A diagnostic process helps identify strengths and priority areas across Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking. This is preparation guidance, not an official TOEFL score.
3. Create a focused plan
Your recommended preparation plan is based on the gap between your current performance and your goal. Available lesson packages can be adapted to focus more closely on the skills and current task types you need most.
4. Practise, receive feedback, and improve
Live lessons combine explanation, guided practice, timed activities, corrections, and clear next steps. Independent practice between lessons helps you apply what you have learned and make better use of live lesson time.

No. Older books can still develop English vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, speaking, and writing. They simply may not fully prepare you for the format and task types used after January 21, 2026.
How many lessons will I need?
That depends on your starting level, required score, strongest and weakest skills, test date, and independent study time. Your diagnostic and goals will help determine a realistic preparation plan.
Are lessons live or pre-recorded?
The preparation service includes live online instruction. Additional independent practice may be assigned between lessons.
Can you guarantee my TOEFL score?
No. We can provide current preparation, practice, feedback, and guidance, but no independent trainer can guarantee how a student will perform on the official test.
Does Go Speak Native Now offer onsite lessons?
No, Go Speak Native Now provides online lessons only. We do not operate a walk-in teaching location.
