Effective Date: 19 August 2026
Welcome to Go Speak Native Now. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when booking and participating in private tutoring, English-language instruction, speaking practice, test preparation, or other educational services provided by Go Speak Native Now.
By booking lessons, making payment, or continuing to use tutoring services, the student or the student’s parent or guardian agrees to these Terms.
1. Reserved Appointment Times
Tutoring is provided by scheduled appointment.
Payment reserves the agreed appointment time in the tutor’s schedule. Payment is not the purchase of a floating number of tutoring hours that may be used at any time.
When an appointment is reserved for a student, that time is held specifically for that student and is unavailable for other students, clients, appointments, work, or personal commitments.
Adult students are responsible for attending their lessons at the agreed date and time. For minor students, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the enrolled student attends lessons at the agreed date and time.
2. Monthly Tuition and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, tuition is paid in advance.
For students enrolled on a recurring monthly schedule, payment reserves the student’s agreed recurring appointment times for that month.
The number of scheduled appointments, lesson length, tuition amount, and payment due date will be communicated when the student’s schedule is arranged.
A student’s place on the schedule is not guaranteed until the required payment has been received.
Monthly tuition should not be understood as a collection of unused lesson credits that remain available indefinitely.
Pricing, Rates, and Promotional Offers
Specific tuition prices are not fixed by these Terms of Service. Current rates will be communicated directly to the student or parent or guardian and may also be advertised on the Go Speak Native Now website, social media pages, promotional materials, or other official communication channels.
Rates may remain the same from month to month or may change for a future month based on scheduling, demand, services offered, seasonal arrangements, or other business considerations. Any rate change for an upcoming month will be communicated before payment for that month is due.
Once tuition has been paid and accepted for a particular month, that month’s agreed tuition rate will not be changed retroactively.
Promotional prices, introductory rates, discounts, coupon codes, referral offers, holiday offers, and other special pricing are valid only for the period and conditions stated in the applicable offer. A promotional or discounted rate used for one month does not create a right to receive the same rate in a later month unless Go Speak Native Now expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Expired, discontinued, previously advertised, or older offers are not automatically valid for new or future enrollments. Go Speak Native Now may choose to honor an older offer as a courtesy, but doing so does not reinstate that offer or require it to be honored again in the future.
Unless an offer specifically states otherwise, discounts and promotional offers may not be combined.
3. Cancellations and Schedule Changes
Students or parents who need to cancel or change an appointment should provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Providing advance notice gives the tutor an opportunity to rearrange the schedule or make the appointment time available for another commitment.
A request to reschedule does not automatically guarantee another appointment.
Any replacement appointment is subject to:
- the tutor’s availability;
- available appointment times;
- reasonable advance notice; and
- the tutor’s discretion.
An alternative time may be offered when possible, but Go Speak Native Now is not required to rearrange other scheduled commitments to replace a missed appointment.
4. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used.
If a student does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not provide adequate advance notice, the appointment may also be considered used.
Payment for a missed appointment does not automatically create a credit for another lesson.
The tutor may choose to offer another appointment when circumstances warrant it and when time is available. Such accommodation is a courtesy and does not create an ongoing right to replacement lessons.
5. Student Lateness
Students should be ready to begin at the scheduled appointment time.
If a student arrives late, the lesson will normally still end at the originally scheduled ending time.
For example, if a 30-minute appointment is scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM and the student joins at 7:08 PM, the appointment will still normally end at 7:30 PM.
The tutor is not required to extend the lesson or delay another commitment because of the student’s late arrival.
For a 30-minute appointment, if the student has not joined within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time and no communication has been received, the tutor may close the online meeting or leave the appointment location. The appointment may then be treated as missed.
For a 60-minute appointment, if the student has not joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and no communication has been received, the tutor may close the online meeting or leave the appointment location. The appointment may then be treated as missed.
6. Internet and Technology Problems
For online lessons, students are responsible for having access to:
- a suitable internet connection;
- a functioning phone, tablet, or computer;
- working audio equipment;
- any required tutoring or video-conferencing application; and
- a reasonably suitable environment for participating in the lesson.
Temporary internet or device problems do not automatically guarantee a replacement appointment.
If a student experiences a genuine technical problem, Go Speak Native Now may offer an alternative appointment when the tutor’s schedule permits.
Whether another appointment can be offered will depend upon availability and the circumstances.
If the technical problem originates from Go Speak Native Now and prevents the scheduled lesson from being provided, the tutor will arrange an appropriate replacement appointment or other reasonable solution.
7. Learning Environment
Students should participate from an environment that allows them to hear, speak, concentrate, and interact with the tutor.
Excessive background noise, interruptions, conversations, television, games, or other distractions may interfere with the student’s lesson.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to provide children and teenagers with a reasonably quiet learning space whenever possible.
For online speaking lessons, students should normally be able to use their microphone when asked so that speaking, pronunciation, and conversation skills can be practiced.
8. Small Group Lessons
Small group lessons are shared interactive classes and are not divided into separate one-to-one lesson blocks for each student.
Unless otherwise stated, small group tuition is charged per student, per month. The advertised group rate applies to each individual enrolled student and does not cover an entire family or household.
Each enrolled student, including siblings or other members of the same household, is charged the applicable per-student group tuition rate.
Small group classes are designed primarily for teens and adults and normally require a minimum of 4 enrolled students and allow a maximum of 6 students per group.
The class begins once the minimum enrollment requirement has been met. Students should be placed in a group with reasonably compatible English levels whenever possible.
Each group appointment reserves one shared class time slot. A 60-minute group appointment is one 60-minute shared class for all enrolled students. It does not provide each student with a separate 60-minute or 30-minute private lesson within that hour.
Students are expected to participate together in the group lesson throughout the reserved appointment time. Where possible, each student should join from their own device and use appropriate audio equipment so that they can hear, speak, and participate without unnecessary disruption.
Go Speak Native Now may decline or modify a group arrangement when multiple young children in the same household are sharing one device or learning environment in a way that prevents effective participation, causes repeated disruption, or turns the group class into divided individual instruction.
If a parent or guardian wants multiple children to receive separate individual teaching rather than participate together in the shared group format, one-to-one tuition and appointment terms will apply instead.
9. In-Home Tutoring
When an in-home appointment has been arranged, the tutor reserves travel time as well as the lesson appointment.
The student or responsible adult must ensure that someone is present at the agreed location at the scheduled time.
If the tutor arrives for a confirmed appointment and the student or family is not available, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.
A missed in-home appointment is not automatically rescheduled simply because the lesson itself did not take place.
Any travel fees, transportation arrangements, or location-specific charges will be agreed upon separately when applicable.
10. Holidays and Scheduled Breaks
Go Speak Native Now may observe public holidays, Eid, Ramadan schedule adjustments, or other announced breaks during which regular lessons are not held.
These planned non-teaching days will be communicated when reasonably possible. Monthly tuition reserves the student’s recurring place in the schedule and is not automatically reduced solely because a regularly scheduled appointment falls on an announced holiday or scheduled break, unless Go Speak Native Now states otherwise for that period.
When Ramadan or another seasonal period requires a temporary change in lesson times, alternative scheduling may be arranged in advance where practical.
11. Tutor Cancellations
If Go Speak Native Now needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
If the tutor is unable to provide a scheduled appointment because of illness or another reason on the tutor’s side, the missed time will be made up through a replacement appointment, schedule adjustment, or other appropriate arrangement.
Students will not lose a paid appointment because the tutor was unable to provide the scheduled service.
12. Student Illness, Emergencies, and Exceptional Circumstances
Go Speak Native Now understands that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur.
If a student is ill and the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the normal cancellation and rescheduling provisions apply.
If a student becomes ill or is unable to attend with less than 24 hours’ notice, a replacement appointment is not automatically guaranteed. Whether an alternative appointment is offered is at the tutor’s discretion and depends on availability and the circumstances.
Family emergencies, major internet outages, power failures, public emergencies, or similar unexpected circumstances may also be considered individually.
Any exception to the normal cancellation or rescheduling policy is made at the tutor’s discretion and does not permanently change these Terms.
13. Parents and Minor Students
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for booking and managing lessons for a minor student.
Parents or guardians are responsible for:
- providing accurate contact information;
- ensuring that the student knows the scheduled lesson time;
- helping younger students access the lesson when necessary;
- communicating cancellations or schedule changes;
- maintaining payment arrangements; and
- providing an appropriate and safe learning environment.
14. Communication
Scheduling information, lesson links, appointment changes, and other tutoring communications may be sent through WhatsApp, email, the Go Speak Native Now website, or another agreed communication method.
Students and parents are responsible for keeping their contact information current and checking messages related to scheduled appointments.
15. Recording Lessons
Students, parents, and other participants may not audio-record, video-record, screen-record, livestream, or publicly share tutoring sessions without prior permission from Go Speak Native Now.
The tutor will likewise not publicly share identifiable recordings of students without appropriate permission.
16. Educational Materials
Lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, exercises, teaching materials, digital resources, and other original materials supplied by Go Speak Native Now are provided for the student’s personal educational use unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, sold, republished, uploaded, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
17. Educational Results
Go Speak Native Now provides instruction, guidance, practice, feedback, and educational support.
Individual progress depends on factors including attendance, participation, practice, previous knowledge, learning needs, and effort.
No particular examination score, school grade, fluency level, admission result, employment result, or other specific outcome is guaranteed.
18. Respectful Conduct
Students, parents, and the tutor are expected to communicate respectfully.
Go Speak Native Now reserves the right to discontinue services when there is repeated abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or seriously disruptive behavior.
Services may also be suspended for repeated non-payment or serious failure to follow agreed scheduling arrangements.
19. Ending Monthly Tutoring
Students or parents who do not wish to continue for the following month should notify Go Speak Native Now before payment for the next month’s schedule is due.
A student’s recurring appointment times may be released to another student once tutoring has ended or payment for the next period has not been received.
20. Refunds
Fees associated with appointment times that have already been reserved, elapsed, missed, or provided are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Where a refund, credit, or alternative appointment is appropriate, the circumstances will be considered individually.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
Go Speak Native Now may update these Terms of Service as the tutoring service develops.
Material changes affecting existing students will be communicated when reasonably practical.
The version published on the Go Speak Native Now website will state its effective date.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait, subject to any mandatory legal rights or protections that apply.
